Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
• Familiarity with production equipment, safety standards and quality control.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
