Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities across all production stations.
• Ensure production schedules, targets, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and guidance to production employees.
• Train new team members on processes, safety procedures, and production expectations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
