Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production control/planning environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety management.
• Lead by demonstrating safe and quality-conscious work habits across value streams.
• Facilitate the achievement of daily production goals and KPIs.
• Ensure production runs according to schedule, safely and meets quality standards.
• Deploy policies and processes across value streams; ensure timely accident investigations and effective safety actions.
• Participate in Lean activities (Quality circles, Kaizen events, Problem Solving events, SMED, GEMBA walks).
