Marion Body Works, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily shop floor operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production aligned with our priorities.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement. You will champion a safety-first culture, monitor performance metrics, and support lean initiatives to meet schedules and customer expectations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• High School Diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Promote safety-first culture on the shop floor and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor progress and coordinates labor and materials to meet cost targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to production team members.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate with leadership to align with production goals.
