Job summary

Marion Body Works in Wisconsin seeks a Production Manager to oversee daily shop floor operations, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and align production with company priorities.

You will supervise teams, coach staff, manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment. Experience with ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or technical equivalent; strong manufacturing background.
• Lean manufacturing experience and process improvement mindset.
• ERP and MS Office proficiency; able to interpret data and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop floor operations and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Supervise function to meet production schedules, quality standards and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate activities to fulfill orders, manage inventory levels and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Champions safety culture; maintain hazard-free work environment and conduct investigations.
• Promote quality through training and root-cause analysis; drive continuous improvement.
