HTI is seeking experienced Production Supervisors in Spartanburg, SC to lead daily production on the floor, coach teams, monitor KPIs, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. This hands-on role requires accountability for shifts and collaboration with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and a proven track record of enforcing standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of production supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience directly managing production employees and accountability.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience coaching, training, performance management, and policy enforcement.
• Able to lead independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of shift on the production floor.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production activities ensuring safety, quality, and targets.
• Maintain presence on the floor providing direction and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs, production rates, and shift performance for improvements.
• Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and priorities.
• Train and develop employees and team leads to raise performance.
• Enforce company policies, attendance, and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Identify productivity improvements and implement lean practices.
• Support positive employee relations while upholding union agreements.
• Handle day-to-day employee concerns and resolve issues.
