Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous foreman/lead supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse teams.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical and systems issues.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 ft.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing and assembly workflows to ensure output and on-time production schedules.
• Optimize resource utilization and material flow to remove bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.
• Mentor and develop production staff to enhance team capability and performance.
• Maintain a strong safety culture while managing complex assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute production plans that align with quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

• Mentor and develop production staff to enhance team capability, consistency, and performance standards.
• Maintain a rigorous safety culture while managing complex assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute production plans that align with organizational quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

Required Skills
