Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane to clean and coat rod.
• Titrate all appropriate tanks and add chemicals and water to maintain tank level and concentrations.
• Monitor and maintain concentrations, temperatures, and liquid levels.
• Dump and fill hot and high-pressure rinse tanks.
• Move steel rod in from rod yard.
• Stock rod in wire drawing after cleaned.
• Rotate rod for first in first out usage.
• Fill out cleaning sheets.
• Clean rod types and quantities assigned on cleaning sheet.
• Observe rod-coating quality after cleaned.
• Inspect crane and fill out inspection sheet.
• Inspect fork truck and pay loader and fill out inspection sheet.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Practice good safety techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned
