• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Safety procedures and policies must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine daily job functions.
• Step into roles in annealing, shipping, and machine operation as needed.
• Set up and operate wire drawing machines.
• Change out carriers safely.
• Meet production rates and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Keep machines supplied with carriers and maintain housekeeping.
• Handle propane, sweeper operations, and waste disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
