Job summary

Jarp-Industries is seeking a General Laborer/Production Floater for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role supports a variety of warehouse tasks, from material handling to CNC/robotic tending and welding under supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork are essential, along with good organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Able to follow directions from the plant management team.
• Must be a team player who will work well with all departments and employees.
• Possess good organization skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Material handling, shot blasting, parts washing, janitorial, cylinder assembly-test-paint and product packaging, CNC & robotic tending, submerged arc weld under operator supervision.
• Maintenance support to load and unload parts.
• Labor assistant to other operators.
• Pick-up and/or deliver parts/assemblies to customers or vendors.
• Make prints for shop packets up in engineering.
• Assist with the inventory control of material, parts and assemblies in the department.
