Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Wisconsin is hiring a Floater for 1st shift to support the Production team at the Manawa facility. The role involves moving materials from pallets and hand trucks to conveyors, manual packaging, and assisting with changeovers and quality checks.

You’ll work Mon-Thurs 5a-3p, Tue-Fri 5a-3p, or Mon-Fri 6a-2p, with pay at $23.33 per hour. The position includes hands-on training, teamwork in a manufacturing environment, and opportunities to grow within a leading private-label foods

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials from pallets and place on conveyors.
• Manually package finished goods as needed.
• Assist with deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete paperwork and quality checks.
• Handpack when required.
