Job summary

AHF Products in West Plains, MO is seeking a dependable Floater for our 1st shift to support production across lumber yard, mill, and finish line. This role fills in at various positions as needed to keep operations flowing and meets safety and quality standards.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k). Candidates should be flexible, able to read tape measures, and work well in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties across multiple positions within lumber yard, mill, or finish line.
• Follow all specific responsibilities outlined in the job description for each role assigned.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Assist team members and support production goals.
• Must be able to accurately read tape measure to enable correct separation of wood.
• Must be able to quickly identify width variation in lumber.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervision or management.
