Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is hiring a Production Flex Associate for the Finishing Department. You will support Hand Packing and coordinate RFID system tasks, helping run multiple production areas and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities include line setup, changeovers, documentation, and teamwork to improve efficiency. This 3‑day workweek role requires reliability, basic math and strong communication skills, with overtime as needed.
