Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Saint Paul, MN to support a fast-paced production floor. You will assist with machine setups and changeovers, prepare materials, and pack finished products to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will monitor quality, catch issues early, and help reduce waste while collaborating with the operations team to hit production goals. A safety-first mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Safety-first mindset with the ability to follow safety standards.
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute in a team environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning how machines and production equipment work.
  • Basic computer skills or ability to learn production systems.
  • Ability to read and follow job tickets, schedules, work instructions, specifications, quality standards and basic production information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet the schedule and physical demands of the role.
