Job summary

Vontas in Cedar Rapids, IA, is looking for a Production & Finance Coordinator to support both Production Operations and Finance teams. The role involves handling NMTs, RMAs, AP invoice processing, and month-end accruals to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely procurement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, electronics, or assembly experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process Non-Conforming Material Tags (NMTs) to send to suppliers.
• Process NMTs when received back to test and close out.
• Schedule onsite calibrations for production tools; fill out calibration requests and shipping forms and handle calibration and reporting.
• Request quotes for production floor supplies.
• Issue RMAs for Zendesk SBM cases; create quarterly non-stock inventory reports.
