Job summary

Havenridge Talent Advisory is partnering with a Des Moines-area private equity-backed manufacturer to find a Plant Controller who will be the key finance partner to plant leadership and operations. You will own plant financials, close processes, KPIs, and operational reporting while leading standard costing, inventory and variance analysis.

The role also encompasses ERP transformation, CapEx oversight, project accounting, and developing the plant accounting team, with significant growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance leader with manufacturing experience.
• Strong plant accounting and cost accounting background.
• Experience partnering with operations and leadership to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own plant financials, close, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Lead standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Drive ERP transformation and implement controls for manufacturing cost.
• Oversee CapEx, project accounting, and operational investments.
• Lead and develop the plant accounting team.
