Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Domestic Patriot Production programs in a hybrid capacity. You will collaborate with Production Program Teams on financial, contractual, and resource decisions, ensuring cost and schedule execution and EV reporting.

You will engage in planning, forecasting, and analysis across EV, EACs, and financial plans, bringing strong communication and problem-solving to the defense sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP APEX, MS Analysis for Office, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• Experience with Estimates At Complete (EAC) and/or Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial strategy and execution.
• Provide quarterly EACs for required programs.
• Guide program startup, baseline development, and Earned Value implementation.
• Compile, validate and deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Develop monthly forecasts and present FP&A outputs.
• Support long-range and annual operating plan development.
• Analyze key financial data to aid decision making.
• Align proposals, EV, EAC, resource investment, and forecasts; improve processes.
