Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Expediter in San Jose, CA to coordinate schedules and oversee the production flow. The role ensures on-time delivery by collaborating with managers and line operators and maintaining up-to-date timelines.

Responsibilities include collecting data on efficiency, maintaining inventories, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations while collaborating with production and logistics teams to keep everyone aligned with status and due dates.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills; ability to read and write in English.
• Standing and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Basic computer skills; adapt to new technology.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Understand technology related to manufacturing high technology circuit boards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely execution of work orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and track work order movement to prevent shortages.
• Identify root causes of delays and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of orders, shipments and communications.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align on status and due dates.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager.
• Follow revisions of written procedures.
