Job summary

Talentify is seeking an expediter to ensure timely completion of orders by expediting parts and materials. The role requires aggressive follow-up with internal customers and proactive communication on status and ETA.

You will monitor manufacturing orders, coordinate priority projects, and work with purchasing to avoid delays. The ideal candidate has ERP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience expediting parts and materials to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal customers and suppliers.
• Ability to use ERP and MS Office tools to track orders.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and monitor orders to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to prioritize expediting projects.
• Provide status updates and ETA communications to stakeholders.
• Maintain weekly production meeting documentation on part statuses.
• Identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
