Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a reliable Expeditor to support production by ensuring timely movement of materials and supplies. The role works with Production, Purchasing, Materials, and Warehouse to identify shortages, track outstanding items, and prevent delays.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, materials, warehouse, or purchasing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production requirements and identify parts and materials needed to keep jobs moving.
• Track shortages and communicate potential production delays to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Materials to obtain outstanding items.
• Follow up on purchase orders and backordered items to prevent delays.
• Expedite delivery of critical parts when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of shortages and delivery dates.
