Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily operations in a high‑stakes production environment. You will lead a diverse team, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and partner with senior leaders to align manufacturing with Lippert's strategic goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the department. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong commitment to Lippert's safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Lean proficiency and continuous improvement mindset are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals across manufacturing processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements using visual management and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with General Manager and senior leaders to align manufacturing with company goals.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to optimize material usage and operations.
