Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations, ensuring lines produce quality products on time. You will directly manage 5–10 team members, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

The role requires leadership experience, strong problem solving, effective communication, and the ability to read work orders and prints. This is a full‑time, on‑site position supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge and proven leadership experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to read and interpret work orders, prints and schedules.
• Knowledge of AX manufacturing software and basic inventory concepts.
• Ability to perform unit conversions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines meet on-time delivery and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and minimize downtime on lines.
• Coordinate with supervisor, materials and coating for issues.
• Oversee production flow and team performance on assigned lines.
• Supervise 5–10 team members; drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Participate in employee reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
