Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to safely maintain production equipment, systems, and facilities while leading a team of maintenance technicians. The role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting, and adherence to LCI safety standards.

The position emphasizes documentation, preventive maintenance, and collaboration across maintenance and operations. The ideal candidate has experience with robotic systems, PLCs, sensors, and related equipment, plus the ability to train and coach

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete Lippert training programs including safety and CMMS training.
• Experience with robotic systems, PLCs, sensors, actuators and motors is preferred.
• Apprenticeship or 4+ years within Lippert maintenance or 6+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and organize scheduling and planning.
• Maintain assets to support production requirements and document actions for asset history.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and LCI core values in daily activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for efficient maintenance operations.
