Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Associate Production Equipment Technician in Edgewood, NY to maintain and repair production equipment, including archival storage hardware. You will read service bulletins, develop troubleshooting plans, and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, logging work, installing wiring, relocating equipment, tracking parts, and ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance. Strong communication and physical stamina required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Vendor/equipment repair certification for insertion platforms preferred.
• About 3 years' experience in a production environment with equipment repair.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to follow directions under time constraints.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Log all support calls in the technician tracking system.
• Install electrical wiring and controls for production equipment and repair computer hardware.
• Relocate equipment and support installation of new equipment.
• Track parts usage and advise on inventory levels.
• Contribute to team morale and support leadership with junior technicians.
• Ensure maintenance records meet OSHA/EPA requirements and use equipment-tracking databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
