Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Production Equipment Technician in Coppell, TX to keep production equipment available and reliable. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, interpret service bulletins, and troubleshoot complex issues on line equipment, including archival storage hardware.

This on-site role requires experience with high-speed production gear, strong communication, and the ability to log work and parts accurately, while adhering to OSHA/EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.
• 3 years' experience in production with equipment repair.
• Proficiency with high-speed production equipment operation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Respond to Technical Support calls to resolve issues promptly.
• Log all support calls in the technician tracking system.
• Install electrical wiring and controls for production equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware for production gear.
• Relocate equipment and support installation of new systems.
