HL Mando America Corporation in Hogansville, GA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Technician to perform basic maintenance and simple repairs on plant equipment under supervision. You will assist senior technicians with preventive maintenance, help set up machines, and support basic mechanical adjustments as needed.

Requirements include experience interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints, use of micrometers/calipers, and welding skills (GMAW/SMAW).

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Experience interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience interpreting mechanical blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic maintenance and simple repairs on plant and facility mechanical equipment under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians with routine preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Help set up machines for production and support basic mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Connect and check pneumatic and hydraulic lines under guidance.
• Replace simple parts and assist with identifying worn components.
• Assist with installation and basic maintenance of mechanical equipment and piping.
• Assist operators in testing equipment after servicing.

Maintenance Mechanical Technician (HL Mando America Corporation; Hogansville, GA): Perform basic maintenance and simple repairs on plant and facility mechanical equipment under supervision. • using powered tools including grinders and drills.
