The Production Engineering Specialist is involved with engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies. The role of Production Engineering Specialist will have responsibility for maintaining accuracy of all work instructions and technical data related to engine maintenance for the site ERP system.
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or engineering experience) Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
Prior experience of technical publication data related to Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Previous experience using the GE Aviation OASIS ERP system Knowledge of basic engineering industry processes and procedures Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to influence others and lead small teams Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability
