GE Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in alignment with business goals. You will communicate objectives, solve problems, and drive short- and long-term improvements while ensuring safety and performance standards.

The Production Supervisor will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
This role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
