Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device/cleanroom environment.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO, GMP/GDP, and other regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness and documentation.
• Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, capacity planning, inventory control, and business continuity planning.
• Lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to implement new products, equipment, and technologies.
