Job summary

Entegris is hiring Manufacturing Operators for our Billerica, MA and Bedford, MA locations. The role involves operating production equipment, inspecting products, data collection, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging.

You will complete required paperwork and support continuous improvement activities. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and 1 year manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail, basic math and data entry skills, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and stand for the whole shift.
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
• All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment.
• All employees are expected to be flexible, working in varying departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates manufacturing equipment and inspects products per instructions.
• Verifies product, records data, and completes paperwork (production reports, labels, etc.).
• Maintains clean and safe work area and uses PPE as required.
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities (6S, Kaizen).
• Supports department goals and drives quality and efficiency.
