Job summary

ASML Holding in Wilton, CT, seeks a System Industrialization Engineer 3 to support production of Wafer Stage Chuck assemblies. You will work in a clean room environment (40%) and collaborate with Production Engineers to ensure high quality, short lead times, and efficient transfer of new products into production.

Responsibilities include defining manufacturing procedures, tooling design, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, plus root-cause analysis of failures and metrology data

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Optical Engineering.
• 3+ years in an engineering environment.
• Experience with precision mechanics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Unigraphics and SAP is a plus.
• Experience with CMM equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.
• Introduce new products into production in a concurrent engineering environment.
• Create and design production tooling and qualification test.
• Generate technical work instructions and test plans.
• Support production issues with troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
• Evaluate failed parts and propose solutions.
• Review failure analysis reports and help validate root causes.
• Learn to analyze metrology flatness data and run metrology equipment.
