Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field; 5–9 years in manufacturing or process engineering, or Master’s with 3–7 years.
• Knowledge of quality system regulations (ISO 9001, UL, EN 81-28).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and designing tooling architectures.

Aufgaben

• Lead NPI input with engineering support, tooling, PFMEAs, labor standards, and test strategies.
• Own the design, governance and control of manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Define plant layout, production flow and capacity plans; coordinate manufacturing engineering resources.
• Maintain and improve production equipment and tooling to maximize OEE and guide technology roadmap.
• Support product lifecycle with root cause analysis and bottleneck resolution.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
