You will lead early project planning, layout studies, and equipment specifications, coordinating with multiple groups to ensure safety, quality, and production readiness. This role focuses on Body Weld systems including conveyors, automation, joining equipment, and process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead early project planning and impact analysis for Body Weld new model and capital projects.
• Review model changes and identify technical change requirements for Body Weld.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, and trials with internal and external teams.
• Own Body Weld process areas from planning to production readiness and handoff to manufacturing.
