Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive development of manufacturing solutions in North America, coordinating multiple projects and guiding other engineers.

You will conduct feasibility studies for Body Frame Weld equipment, develop specifications and process plans, oversee design and production deliverables, and support root cause analysis for manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
• 5+ years of experience in equipment/tool development, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Expertise in Body in White construction.
• Problem-solving skills demonstrated across projects.
• Familiarity with Honda development processes.
• Ability to work on the production floor.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
