Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to the production team, performing failure analysis, and coordinating root cause investigations with internal and external teams. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering and hardware experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering required.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering and hands-on hardware assembly/disassembly.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word).
• Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, configuration files.
• Ability to communicate concepts and solutions across organizational levels.
• Willingness to liaise between Company and Client and work cross-functionally.
