Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer for a Fort Worth client. This is a full-time, direct hire role in a computer hardware environment, not software. Training will occur at the Grapevine facility before transitioning to Fort Worth.

The Sr. Test Engineer will establish test procedures and oversee product testing throughout development and production stages, coordinating tests, analyzing data, and reporting findings to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer (Computer Hardware).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for constructive and positive discussions on product flaws.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Moderate experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD, etc.
• Robust understanding of general computing device architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing test reports and proposals.
• Determined to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities
