- Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Provide daily technical direction and prioritization to the maintenance team based on production needs.
- Improve plant layouts, manufacturing methods, workflows, and equipment utilization.
- Develop standard work, manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Support and sustain the facility's Lean program while ensuring documentation meets quality and standard-work requirements.

- Familiarity with industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and manufacturing support.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including welding, CNC machining, milling, or facing, is preferred.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
