Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, Connecticut, is seeking a Production Engineer - First Line Support to troubleshoot technical issues, improve production stability, and ensure high quality in semiconductor manufacturing systems. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to keep production running smoothly in a cleanroom environment.

The role involves real-time issue resolution, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with internship experience.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems preferred.
Exposure to manufacturing operations, quality systems, or process improvement beneficial.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain output.
Document investigations, findings and corrective actions for learning.
Escalate complex issues and partner with experts for resolution.
Monitor process performance using manufacturing data and SPC methods.
Investigate recurring issues and contribute to corrective actions.
Support material and quality review and production recovery to maintain flow.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
