Job Description: The Production Engineer ensures that all products are manufactured with efficiency and quality, following planned protocols using appropriate technology. Focus areas include waste reduction, standardizing work procedures, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive industrial engineering tasks like facility layout improvements and workstation ergonomics.
2. Implement and maintain standardized work procedures to enhance process consistency and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes aligned with lean principles.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
5. Enhance operational control and performance tracking.
6. Conduct time studies, cycle time analyses, and capacity planning for efficiency improvements.
7. Provide training and coaching on manufacturing techniques and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks and costs, and develop improvement strategies.
• Select, implement, and maintain new production equipment and technologies.
• Maintain documentation and conduct training on ISO standards, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Analyze inputs and supporting systems for process improvement strategies.
