Large International Medical Manufacturing Company located in the Jackson MI area looking for a Production / Manufacturing Engineer

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop / troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed established metrics
• Coordinate New Program Launches - Design, line layouts, capital procurement, equipment programming, setup, and training.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Identify trends using basic SPC tools
• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
• Identify root cause and corrective actions to solve issues with processes, systems, or equipment

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years working as a Production/ Manufacturing Engineer in plant manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and SPC tools
• Proven experience in Process Improvement
