Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive productivity, quality, and efficiency through continuous improvement and capital project management in our steel fabrication facility.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement and capital projects from scope to execution.

Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years in process/continuous improvement (manufacturing preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, statistical tools, and PM software.
