Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a passion for improving manufacturing processes? We're looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI! In this on-site role, you'll work directly with production, sales, and engineering to develop processes that drive efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Do as a Process Engineer:

• Develop and maintain process work instructions and related documentation
• Analyze drawings and create accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Support sales with quoting for new business opportunities
• Build and test first-piece articles for new assemblies
• Setup and troubleshoot machines and assemblies
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of production orders
• Drive innovation in process development and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electronics or Manufacturing, or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Excel is a must; strong overall computer skills required
• IPC-610 and IPC-620 certifications are a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
