You will serve as the central hub for dispatch activities, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration with field teams, while maintaining high service standards throughout the job lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors.
• Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed.
• Deconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
• Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project status.
• Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and exceptional service.
