Job summary

Maven Roofing in Eastern North Carolina is seeking a Production Dispatcher to keep our job pipeline running smoothly. You’ll balance technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to ensure projects stay on track and homeowners stay informed.

You'll schedule crews, monitor workloads in real-time, resolve conflicts, and provide timely updates using Zuper, HubSpot, and our internal platforms. A 2+ years dispatching experience and strong communication skills are essential.

• 2+ years dispatching experience in home services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors.
• Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed.
• Deconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
• Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project status.
• Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and exceptional service.

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
