Job summary

Maven Roofing is seeking a Production Dispatcher to be the hub of daily operations, balancing technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to keep projects on track.

You will schedule crews, monitor workloads, and resolve scheduling issues while using Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows for timely delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in home services or similar industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, organized, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software; Zuper experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors.
• Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed.
• Deconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
• Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about project status.
• Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and service quality.

• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)
