About the Role:

As our Production Dispatcher , you’ll be the hub of our daily operations—balancing technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to ensure projects stay on track and homeowners stay informed.

You will:

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors
• Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed

• Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project status
• Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)
