You’ll collaborate with brand designers, marketers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure Parloa’s visual identity remains exceptional across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in production design in-house or agency.
• Experience scaling brand systems across channels.
• Expert typography, layout, color, grids, iconography, and production best practices.
• Portfolio showcasing production-ready work across digital campaigns, events, and presentations.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality, production‑ready brand assets for digital marketing and events.
• Translate and apply Parloa’s design system across formats with consistency.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and accessibility before launch.
• Partner with Brand Designers to evolve templates and scalable components.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with Design Leadership to prioritize work and improve processes.
• Explore AI-powered tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
• Improve creative workflows for a fast-growing, global marketing team.
