Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Production Designer to bring our brand to life with precision across digital marketing, product assets, events, and executive communications. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Design & Creative to translate concepts into polished, production-ready work and help scale our design system.

You have 4+ years in production or brand design, expert typography and layout skills, and strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production design, brand design, or related field.
• Experience scaling brand systems across marketing channels with consistency.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showing production-ready work across digital campaigns, presentations, events, and social assets.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems, reusable components, and templates.
• Curious about AI-powered creative tools and accelerating workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce production-ready brand assets across digital channels, events, and campaigns.
• Apply Parloa’s design system consistently across formats ensuring high visual quality.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution, accessibility, and production readiness for every asset.
• Collaborate with Brand Designers to evolve templates, components, and scalable systems.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, templates, and workflows for efficiency.
• Partner with Design Leadership to prioritize work and improve processes.
• Explore AI-powered tools to accelerate production while maintaining craft.
• Contribute to scaling a fast-growing global marketing organization.
