Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Production Designer to bring our brand to life with precision across marketing, product, events and executive communications. You’ll translate concepts into production-ready assets, uphold our design system, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale creative workflows.

You have 4+ years in production or brand design, deep typography and layout knowledge, and strong mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production design, brand design, or related field.
• Experience scaling brand systems across multiple channels.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, iconography.

Responsibilities

• Produce production-ready brand assets across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and presentations.
• Translate and apply design system consistently across formats with high visual quality.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and accessibility for assets before launch.
• Collaborate with Brand Designers to evolve templates and reusable components.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries and production workflows to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Design Leadership to prioritize work and improve production processes.
• Explore AI-powered tools to accelerate production while preserving craft.
• Improve processes to support a fast-moving, high-growth global marketing organization.
