Qualifications

• 4+ years of production or brand design experience within in-house teams, agencies, or tech companies.
• Proven ability to scale brand systems across multiple channels with consistent visual quality.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, and production best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, production-ready brand assets across digital marketing, product marketing, events, and communications.
• Translate Parloa’s design system across formats while preserving brand consistency and accessibility.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and production readiness for assets before launch.
• Collaborate with Brand Designers to evolve templates, components, and scalable design systems.
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, templates, and production workflows.
